Once we have a project in mind, your responsibility will be to identify a project owner and an executive lead. The project owner is who I will work with day to day and who will be my main contact. Having a main contact ensures efficiency and clarity. I will provide regular updates at a frequency that is agreed upon. My role is to help your team by doing the heavy lifting, providing resources and guidance that assists them in meeting the goals of the project. 

The success of any project can be enhanced through communication and ensuring that stakeholders are engaged early and often. We will work together to identify the relevant governance committees and communication that are necessary to ensure the project is designed and implemented with stakeholder input, as applicable. Under this category we will also review relevant strategic and business metrics that tie to the project to ensure alignment and that the project is designed with spread and sustainabilty in mind.

Together we will identify a timeline and timeframe that we can back into at the start of the project. We will include a plan for maintaining the gains achieved and sustaining high performance, as well as any next steps and progress checks. For example, a programmatic quality review will take a week to perform with pre-planning, report development, and final presentation additional time but typically under one month. For meeting accreditation, hospital licensing or consent decree planning, this could be a much longer timeframe typically outlined by the accrediting body.
